Care Instructions

For regular cleaning, avoid using the beater bar on your vacuum cleaner. Instead, set the vacuum to the highest pile setting and use a low power setting to prevent damage. For stained areas, spot clean immediately with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and gently blot dry. To ensure even wear, rotate the rug periodically.

Rug Pad Recommendation

To enhance comfort and provide additional support underfoot, we highly recommend purchasing a rug pad, especially when placed on hard surfaces such as wood or tile flooring. Rug pads are sold separately.

Shipping Information

Upon arrival, your rug may show creases from packaging and storage but will typically flatten within 3-7 days. To remove creases quickly, roll the rug with the pattern side up and massage the creases gently with your hands.
