CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Vacuuming: Use your vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or set the bar to the highest pile setting and use a low power setting to avoid damaging the fibers.
• Stain Removal: For spot cleaning, immediately treat stains with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and gently blot to dry. Avoid scrubbing as it can cause damage.
• Rotation: Rotate the rug periodically to ensure even wear and extend its life.

RUG PAD

We recommend purchasing a rug pad if your rug will be placed on a hard surface like wood or tile flooring. This not only enhances the underfoot comfort but also helps to improve slip resistance. Please note, the rug pad is sold separately.

SHIPPING

Your rug will arrive factory rolled or folded, which may result in creases from packaging and storage. These creases will typically flatten within 3-7 days. To reduce or remove these creases, roll the rug pattern side up and gently massage the creases with your hands.
